To respond to enquiries efficiently, we use automated tools to help read and draft replies to messages, and to keep track of enquiries in a private internal record. A member of our team reviews and approves every reply before it is sent — nothing is sent to you automatically without human review.

— Google (Gmail and Google Sheets) — to manage our email and keep an internal enquiry record

— Anthropic — to help us draft replies to enquiries (your message content may be processed to help generate a suggested response, which our team reviews before sending)
Data retention
We keep enquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain business records, after which we delete or anonymise it.

— Tell you what personal information we hold about you
— Correct inaccurate information
— Delete your personal information
— Stop using your information for marketing

Data deletion
If you'd like your personal information deleted from our records, email info@moochistudio.com with "Delete my data" in the subject line and let us know which channel you contacted us through (email, Instagram, or WhatsApp). We'll confirm once this has been done.
Children's privacy
Our enquiries often relate to photography sessions involving children, submitted to us by a parent or guardian. We only collect the information a parent or guardian chooses to share with us as part of an enquiry.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
